Admitted to the Bar in P.R. China (1993) and the Bar of New York; LL.M, in 2001 from Columbia University, School of Law; LL.M, from Zhongshan University, School of Law in 1996 (obtained Japanese Scholarship to join the co-program with People’s University School of Law); LL.B. from South Central University of Political Science and Law in 1991.

Mr. Deng’s practice has been focused on corporate and securities matters, including litigations related thereto. He has advised on private placements, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organizations, and stock transactions and has extensive experience in securities matters, i.e. IPOs and reverse mergers, of which he has handled over thirty deals, including in the PRC, Hong Kong, USA and Canada. Mr. Deng was a partner of the Law Offices of Guangdong International Commerce in Guangzhou from 1997 to 2000 and worked at F. Zimmern & Co in Hong Kong in 1998. He had worked for the U.S. law firms for five years before joining DeHeng Law Firm as a partner from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. Deng is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

邓律师曾是广东注册律师最多的广东对外经济律师事务所的8大注册合伙人之一（1997-2000年）；1998年，邓律师是中国律师协会与香港律师协会共同选派的第五批中国内地赴香港交流培养的十大优秀律师之一，并在香港施文律师事务所工作。他曾是德恒所合伙人(2007-2009),之前曾于美国纽约市的律师楼工作五年，拥有与美国主流律师打交道的丰富经验。
