Robert L. Herskovits is a member of the firm and concentrates his practice in the areas securities litigation and regulatory enforcement matters. - Credit Suisse First Boston LLC v. Lance W. Bridges - Prosecuted claims on behalf of a global investment bank which was awarded full compensatory damages and $168,000 in attorneys' fees and expenses.
- Charles M. Baxter v. Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, et al. - Defended claims resulting in a defense verdict.
- Mahinderjit Singh v. H & R Block Financial Advisors, et al. - Defended claims resulting in a defense verdict.
