Lawrence G. Nusbaum is a partner practicing at Gusrae, Kaplan, Bruno & Nusbaum PLLC in the areas of corporate and transactional law. Mr. Nusbaum graduated from the Washington University School of La (J.D., 1986) and Syracuse University (B.A., 1983).
Mr. Nusbaum has broad experience representing clients in connection with a variety of small and large transactions, securities transactions, general corporate and transactional matters, venture capital, banking law, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.
Mr. Nusbaum represents clients from and in connection with matters throughout the United States and abroad including but not limited to Russia, China, Greece, France, India and United Kingdom.
Mr. Nusbaum is admitted to practice in the States of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Nusbaum practiced with Cahill, Gordon & Reindell. Mr. Nusbaum is fluent in French.
